Analyze Program: We will analyze various data in order to project costs based on historical claims. Key data points to consider include benchmarks of your current data, your costs, and your budget. We look closely at demographic information and the competitive landscape from a local, regional, and national perspective.
Craft Strategy: We work with you to craft short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals based on your strategic plans. We understand that business opportunities and requirements dictate priorities. Equally important in crafting your strategy is your company culture and how it affects the development and execution of the strategy.
Implement Action Plan: Our documented action plan serves as a road map for all our activities to help you fulfill your strategy. Initiatives may include steps to reduce costs, better manage claims, and embed wellness strategies to drive desired behaviors.
The large investments you are making in your benefits program will not generate the expected returns if your employees do not have a positive experience using the plan. We provide industry leading services to assist employees’ full use and appreciation of their benefits through our Employee Care Center.
Our path to a long-standing partnership would end abruptly if the plan execution did not match the plan development. The Employee Benefits Group is comprised of sales, account management, and account services groups. Each group has a mix of specialist and generalist professionals. By partnering specialist and generalist, we provide the best service to our clients as best practice are easily shared and quickly implemented.
Steward the Plan: The Baldwin Connelly Stewardship Agreement is an annual service calendar of specific activities to be undertaken on your behalf and a schedule of when we will accomplish each item. At year’s end, we provide you with a Stewardship Report that outlines the actions taken and our performance relative to the service commitment outlined in our original service plan.
